LifeBridge, Inc. (“LifeBridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a composable, AI-native software platform for life and annuity insurance carriers, including agent/advisor tools (LifeAdvisor), a policyholder self-service portal (LifePortal), a carrier configuration workspace (LifeStudio), and a policy administration system (Verion), together with related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”). LifeBridge is a business-to-business technology provider: our direct customers are insurance carriers, managing general agencies, and distribution partners (“Clients”), not individual insurance policyholders. This Privacy Policy applies to our corporate website at www.lifebridge.io (the “Site”) and describes how we collect, use, and share personal information of Site visitors, newsletter subscribers, prospective and current business contacts, and other individuals with whom we interact in the ordinary course of our sales, marketing, and business development activities.
Important scope note — this Policy does not cover data processed through the Platform on behalf of our Clients. If your insurance carrier, agent, or advisor uses LifeBridge’s Platform (including LifeAdvisor, LifePortal, LifeStudio, or Verion) to service your policy, application, or account, LifeBridge processes your personal information solely as a service provider/processor acting on that Client’s instructions and under a data processing agreement with the Client. That processing is governed by your carrier’s own privacy policy and applicable insurance and financial privacy law (including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and state insurance information privacy regulations), not by this Policy. If you are a policyholder, applicant, or agent and have questions about how your information is used, please contact your insurance carrier or advisor directly. See Section 5 below for more detail on this distinction.
Please read this Policy carefully. By using the Site, submitting your information to us, or subscribing to our communications, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. Where applicable law requires your consent as the legal basis for processing (for example, to place non-essential cookies or to send marketing communications to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we will obtain your separate, affirmative opt-in and will not rely on your continued use of the Site as consent. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or provide us with your personal information.

- Clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in any marketing email we send you; or

Please note that even after you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still contact you regarding matters unrelated to marketing, such as servicing an existing policy or responding to a request you have made, where permitted by law.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money for monetary consideration. However, we use third-party online advertising services (such as LinkedIn) that place advertising and targeting cookies and similar technologies on the Site and receive certain identifiers and information about your activity in order to deliver, personalize, and measure advertising. These disclosures may be treated as a “sale” or “share” of personal information, or as “targeted advertising,” under some U.S. state privacy laws, and you may opt out as described in Sections 6, 9, and 10. We may share the personal information described in Section 1 as follows:
- Service Providers: With vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as email/newsletter delivery platforms, CRM and sales-engagement systems, website hosting and analytics providers, scheduling tools, and marketing platforms, solely to enable them to provide services to us.
- Advertising Partners: With third-party advertising platforms (such as LinkedIn) that help us deliver and measure advertising and reach similar professional audiences. Through advertising cookies and similar technologies, we share certain online identifiers and activity data with these partners; you may opt out as described in Sections 6, 9, and 10.
- Professional Advisors: With our auditors, accountants, investors, and legal counsel where necessary, including in connection with fundraising or corporate diligence.

5. Data We Process on Behalf of Our Clients
LifeBridge licenses its Platform — LifeAdvisor, LifePortal, LifeStudio, and Verion — to insurance carriers, MGAs, and distribution partners, who use it to manage policies, applications, agent workflows, and customer relationships. In delivering the Platform, LifeBridge may process personal information about our Clients’ end customers, including policyholders, applicants, insureds, beneficiaries, and agents (“Client Data”).
For Client Data, LifeBridge acts solely as a service provider/processor, not as the party that determines why or how that information is used. Our Clients — not LifeBridge — determine the purposes and means of processing Client Data, and remain responsible for providing any privacy notices required by applicable law (including under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, state insurance information privacy regulations, or HIPAA, as applicable) to their own customers. LifeBridge processes Client Data only in accordance with the written instructions of the applicable Client and the data processing/security terms in our commercial agreement with that Client, and does not use Client Data for LifeBridge’s own marketing purposes. If you are a policyholder, applicant, insured, or agent and have a question or request about your information within the Platform, please contact your insurance carrier, MGA, or advisor directly — they are best positioned to process your request and are the appropriate party under applicable law to do so. LifeBridge maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for Client Data consistent with industry frameworks referenced on our Site (such as SOC 2 and, where applicable, HIPAA and PCI DSS requirements) and its contractual commitments to Clients.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and support our marketing efforts, including measuring the effectiveness of newsletter and outreach campaigns. This includes advertising and targeting cookies and pixels from third-party advertising platforms (such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag) that help us deliver and measure ads and build audiences; through these technologies we share certain identifiers and activity data with those platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. Where required by applicable law, we will present a cookie banner or preference tool allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies before they are set.For visitors in jurisdictions that require prior consent (including the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we present a consent-management banner that blocks non-essential and advertising cookies until you opt in. In the United States, you can opt out of advertising-related sharing through the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our Site footer, and we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
7. Data Retention
We retain the personal information described in Section 1 for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business relationships, comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Newsletter and marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until the information is no longer needed for these purposes, whichever occurs first. Client Data is retained in accordance with the applicable commercial agreement between LifeBridge and the relevant Client, and our Clients’ own record-retention obligations under applicable insurance and financial services law.
8. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.
